Tennisstuble in Bad Sackingen

Haven't eaten such a good cordon bleu before.

Ate a very tasty Alsatian sausage salad today. Very generous portion. I can only recommend!!

We enjoyed a thoroughly beautiful, amusing and fun evening with delicious food in the Tennisstüble. We also liked the social vibe of the host couple :-). We will be back when we are in Bad Säckingen next time.

I was on recommendation of the hotel zur Flüh here. Well, I was a bit biased already. Unfortunately, I already had bad experience with sports hostels, etc. Now a Tennisstüble ....... First of all, it was perfect! Once there, I could choose a table to my liking. The owner, who also took care of my well being, an original. Such a nice and funny host has not been with me for a long time. Unfortunately, unfortunately I could not celebrate my stay properly. Will say, had to do some correspondence in the evening and had to go after a cold drink and a great salad with chicken breast again. On the way out, I could also give the boss a greeting. In the reply was such a cordiality ...... Fantastic. I spend one more night in Bad Säckingen and it will be back to Tennisstüble. One but as a serious damper. I can not say yet whether I can resist the great card with various meat dishes. The poultry this evening was a big exception, as I am currently. mostly veggie food. Although relapses look for me regularly, but here is the temptation after the sighting of the neighboring tables already GREAT. addendum: as announced today back there. The cook understands her craft. But the absolute best, from the adjacent tennis hall came five children (estimated 8 -12 years old) with their teenage coach. The group ordered ice cream. The innkeeper took each child individually and took the order. The children, like all other guests, were treated with extraordinary attention. Really great..... I then asked for the bill of my consumption and silently asked to pay for the children's ice cream. Why? Just because the whole situation was worth doing. As I said, five children and a teenager. I was charged with a lazy 10, - Euro. By card it would have been over EUR 20, - (which I was willing to pay). This just great host taught me but then, if the children had paid themselves, he would not have given more. How awesome is that????? Conclusion: very good food, excellent social skills. I wish this host family for home. Unfortunately, however far away. Next to the Gasthaus Pension Rezatgrund in Windabach my best decision ever.

Very delicious food, was just right after the long bike ride. Service was super helpful and funny. Thank you also for the shower - that did really well at over 35 degrees.

Delicious food with good beer, for example locally a Waldhaus Pils and friendly owners, who are also a joke. The steak with pepper sauce and fried potatoes is definitely only to be recommended.

Food tastes great, children are very much appreciated and can almost do and leave what they want. Also in the adjacent tennis hall to play. However, seats are manageable, especially in winter, so prefer to call ahead and make reservations. We will definitely come back 😊

I am recommended by the hotel zur Flüh here ... small restaurant but very large kitchen ... have just eaten the steak with fried potatoes ... SENSATIONAL ... also the recommended wine fits perfectly ... five stars are not enough. 👍 More than just RECOMMENDED

This tennis chairs is a great clubhouse where man just great food is served again a compliment to the kitchen

So far everything has tasted great !!! A very good address in Bad Säckingen. We will definitely be back!
